How to Activate Your Card
To activate your Visa®, Mastercard®, or American Express® Gift Card, you will need to have your card number, valid thru date and the security code located on the front of your Card.
Refer to the instructions below depending on your Gift Card type.
For Visa® Gift Cards, you must activate your Gift Card at Balance.TheGiftCardShop.com or by calling the toll-free number listed on the back of your Card (1-833-847-2032).
For Mastercard® Gift Cards, you must activate your Gift Card at Balance.MastercardGiftCard.com or by calling the toll-free number listed on the back of your Card (1-833-623-4266).
For American Express® Gift Cards, you must activate your Gift Card at Balance.AmexGiftCard.com or by calling the toll-free number listed on the back of your Card (1-833-623-4266).
For Vanilla Visa® Gift Cards, you must activate your Gift Card at Balance.VanillaGift.com or by calling the toll-free number listed on the back of your Card (1-833-322-6760).
Don't see your Gift Card on this list? In most cases, Brand Gift Cards purchased on The Gift Card Shop website are ready for use immediately. However, since every retailer is different, please refer to their specific Terms and Conditions found on each retailer's product page.
